My neighbor was getting his roof done. We are in the process of selling. The crew on site did not do anything to keep their gear on the property they were working on. I had to keep putting it back on my neighbors driveway and putting weighted stuff on it. They got sawdust all over my landscaping. They came on to my property and up my driveway to pick flowers from my tree and chase each other and throw my flowers at each other. I called and complained to the owner and we thought all was resolved. The next morning they blocked my driveway with rubbish bins so I could not get out to take my kiddo to school. I gave them a look, bins were moved. The shingles contractor (ABC I think) and some of the workers were clowing around and ran around the street side of the truck messing about and came around the back of the truck barking loudly at my special needs daughter and I as we were getting her in the car. This triggered her. Very unprofessional behavior of the crew. Nothing like being a mom trying to do your best every day and having to deal with that. On top of that when they blocked off the sidewalk, they tied the tape to my tree on my property. We are in the process of final vendor selection for our roof for our 3k sq foot, 5 bedroom home as we are prepping it for sale and I would not choose them based on how their crew behaved.

Austin and his team were amazing! From the thorough review of what needs to be done, the tear down, and clean up they were hardworking and detailed.

Rain City's bid was comparable to other bids we received and their bid material list was thorough and was easy for us to use in comparing to others. Austin bid the Malarkey roofing product which we were wanting, and he was very knowledgeable of the product. They also did a bit of siding work for us with T-1-11 in order to fix deteriorated areas that needed new flashing. We had a few hiccups that Austin was very responsive with and resolved mutually without any additional problems. We would absolutely recommend Austin and Rain City to our neighbors.
